Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not charge any shipping fee for delivery(within Japan only), when your aggregate total purchase value is no less than 30,000yen for each purchase.
As for delivery outside Japan, we may have to charge applicable taxes or customs additionally, depending on the country to be delivered to, all of which you will have to settle upon receipt of the ordered products.

Products already in inventory are to be shipped out within 5 days from the date of receipt of your order in principle, while made-to-order products are to be shipped out within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order in principle, subject however to other elements such as the types of the products ordered and/or the timing of the order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, products shall be shipped out only after we have confirmed receipt of your payment in case you have chosen “bank transfer” as your payment method.
Please note that delivery outside Japan will require several weeks in addition to the above time frame.

For delivery within Japan, payment method can be chosen from (i) credit card payment, (ii) cash-on-delivery, or (iii) bank transfer, while the “credit card payment” is the only available method for any delivery outside Japan.

Your order is finalized when you place a purchase order via “credit card payment”, so please check the withdrawal policy of your credit card company for the date of the actual withdrawal. For “cash-on-delivery”, please pay in cash to the delivery service person on delivery. For “bank transfer”, you must complete the bank transfer within 5 days from the date of you have placed your order.

Your order is finalized when you press the "confirm order" button, after which we cannot accept any request for cancellation from you regardless of which payment method you have chosen.
For clarity, in case you have chosen “bank transfer” as your payment method, your order will be automatically cancelled, unless your payment is confirmed within 5 days from the date of your receipt of automatic order confirmation by e-mail from us.

We will not accept any returns or replacements of the purchased products, except when there are defects in the delivered products.

The return of the delivered products must be requested to us within 5 days from the date of your receipt of the delivered products.

The Shop will bear the shipping costs for any return of the defective products, so please send the defective products collect-on-delivery to the Shop.
